No cycling today, but i did take the dog for a walk for 30 minutes just for a bit of fitness. Its not as good as a bike ride but its better then nothing.
Walking past a yard with two dogs that come flying out at us, my dog Jessie, got frightened and ran away lol. Lucky for him, the fence stopped the two dogs from going any further. He acts brave but is just a big pussy cat.
