First Penticton Cycling Club Ride

First Penticton Bike Ride with the cycling club. Rode with two others.

Weather : Dry, 9 am 19c, 12 pm 27c
Clothes : SS Jersey, Bib Knicks, Winter Jacket, summer socks. Felt pretty warm. Could go without winter jacket next time. Just use arm warmers.

Felt good to be group riding again. From my heart rate information, it was a high end aerobic workout delving into the world of the anaerobic as well. By the end of the ride, my legs were feeling very heavy and slight hills were feeling quite tough.
